As our business expanded, we formed a bigger team of permanent employees and handled more demanding and complex projects for clients like Daimler, Bombardier, and BILD.de. Switching to Kanban Framework, we utilized visual workflows and flexible task management to boost productivity and adaptability for our clients. This period also marks the start of our QA department which specializes in manual and automated software testing.
As projects expanded with collaborations from Burda, Deutsche Bank, CARMEQ, and others, our team adopted Agile Scrum methodologies. This approach facilitated iterative development cycles, allowing us to deliver state-of-the-art services to our customers. Soon our clients started assigning us not only for Project and Product Management, but also as Change Management Consultants in their efforts to become more agile.
As we look ahead, numerous exciting projects await us and our satisfied clients, including BOTLabs, juris, and CARIAD, continue to assign us to new ventures. We embrace Agile frameworks like SAFe with RTE (Release Train Engineer) specialists. We navigate new projects efficiently, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering value at every step.
